Daniel A. "Pumpkin" Peterson, Jr. President
Daniel has over 25 years of leadership experience and management in construction. Currently, he is the President and CEO of Peterson Bros. Construction, Inc. Daniel owes his leadership success and coaching ability to the Waianae Football program and his former coaches. Daniel is a part of a non-profit foundation named after his mother, Alma Jean K. Peterson. The ALMA Jean Foundation’s purpose is to provide academic, leadership, mentorship, and athletics resources to the youth and their families across the State of Hawaii. This football boosters organization will allow Daniel to give back to the program that he owes much of his success to.

Penina Hoopii, Secretary
Penina is a mother of two and a Waiʻanae native for 33 years. She has 10 years of project management experience with non-profit culture-based education. Penina values growing student leaders through her volunteer and professional endeavors. As a product of public school education, Penina’s roots are founded in Waiʻanae High school’s leadership and sports programs. The football boosters align with Penina’s values and goals as an active community member in Waiʻanae and the lāhui Hawaiʻi.

Janine Rodrigues
Janine is a mother and Waiʻanae native for 36 years . She was born and raised in Waiʻanae and had the privilege of serving as a Football team parent in 2019. Her experience as a cashier supervisor with the Home Depot enables her to manage a team, lead on collecting and obtaining cash reports and meeting company goals and expectations. Currently, Janine is a stay at home mother but envisions a Waiʻanae that changes the narrative of its current state. She is passionate about providing opportunities and setting up student athletes for success by equipping them with tools and pathways for post-high school options.
